Remove Activation Lock

Activation Lock prevents anyone from reactivating a device without the owner's permission. The Remove Activation Lock command allows you to disable this feature, when needed.

This command is available on all managed iOS corporate devices.

1. Select the Devices tab in top navigation.
2. Select a device from the list.
3. In the right panel, click the iOS dropdown.
4. Choose Remove Activation Lock.
5. Click Confirm.
